Appointments
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible. Late arrival may reduce treatment time or require rescheduling.
Salon Policy
Our policy is designed to keep every Chloe appointment calm, fair, hygienic and beautifully finished.
Cancellations & Changes
Please give at least 24 hours notice where possible for cancellations or changes, so the appointment can be offered to another client.
Service Satisfaction
Please tell your technician during the treatment if you would like shape, length, colour or finish adjusted. We are happy to correct concerns during the appointment.
Repairs & Guarantee
Gel polish and enhancement services are covered for 48 hours for chips or lifting caused by service application. Repairs must be arranged promptly and are assessed by the salon.
Refunds
Once a service has been completed and you have left the salon, refunds are not normally offered. If there is a genuine service issue, please contact us with details and photos so we can review it fairly.
Allergies & Health
Please inform us before treatment about allergies, sensitivities, infections, injuries or medical conditions that may affect your nail service.
Hygiene
We maintain high hygiene standards and use sterilised tools. Please do not attend if you suspect a contagious nail or skin condition.
Children & Guests
For safety and comfort, children must be supervised by an adult at all times. We kindly ask guests to respect the calm salon environment.
Belongings
Please keep valuables with you. Chloe Nail Spa cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings left unattended.
Aftercare
Do not use nails as tools. Avoid picking or peeling product, wear gloves for household work, and return for infills/removal professionally.
Privacy
We only use contact details needed to manage bookings, treatment records and salon communications. Please tell us if you do not want your nail photos used for social media or portfolio purposes.
